
Lukas Glist
Catherine Houska Consulting LLC’s consulting services are diverse, making flexible thinking, expertise in various material systems, and innovative problem solving essential. Lukas has those characteristics. During an internship of over a year, he honed skills related to aesthetic and structural failure analysis and the revision and development of standards.
In his full time role, he coordinates laboratory testing and assists with site assessment, corrosion analysis, standards development, and other services provided by the firm. Lukas holds both a MS and BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
While earning his degrees, Lukas was involved in a broad range of research and development, which resulted in the publication of two papers prior to graduation. His work for Carnegie Mellon’s Robotics Institute and Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the University of Sheffield’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering, MIT’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Ecotone Renewables included:
